Drop off by 3 PM on weekdays for same-day pickup. After 3 PM, your order rolls to the next day. Weekend drops follow the same 3 PM cutoff for Sunday-to-Monday turnaround. Same-day weekday pricing is $1.75/lb; next-day weekday is $1.50/lb.

We use premium Sudsy detergent plus fabric softener as our default — it rinses cleanly and works well for most fabrics and skin types. If you need fragrance-free, hypoallergenic, dye-free, or a specific brand, tell us at drop-off and we'll use what you bring or stock for an additional customization on your ticket.

Yes. Every bag gets a pre-wash stain inspection, and we pre-treat fresh stains before the wash cycle. We're honest about old, set-in stains — we'll give it our best shot but can't promise removal on stains that have been through prior wash cycles. Point out any specific spots at drop-off so we know where to focus.

We handle regular clothes, bedding, sheets, comforters (including king — our 80 lb machines are built for them), towels, kids' clothes, activewear, uniforms (restaurant, scrubs, work), tablecloths, and pet beds. We do not accept suits, silk dresses, wedding gowns, leather, suede, fur, down comforters, dry-clean-only items, or heavily soiled items (paint, oil, biohazards). If you bring something in that scope, we'll recommend a local dry cleaner.

Yes — a $25 minimum order. For a typical single person that's about one full laundry bag; a family bag clears it easily. No hidden fees beyond the per-pound rate.
